About Us

St Martin's is a church for our local community here in Droylsden.  We welcome everyone to be part of St Martin’s whether they attend the groups who meet in our church hall or join us regular for worship in church.

St Martin's seeks to be a church that is growing, giving and serving. This means that we look to deepen our own faith and as well as welcoming new people.  We believe that the God given gifts and talents of people should be nurtured and used to build up community within the church and outside.  As a church, we also want to serve our parish in ways that are relevant and that show God's love to all.

We welcome those who have disabilities. Access into the church is not a barrier to those in wheelchairs as a ramp assists your entry, all areas within the building are on the same level and disabled facilities are provided. If you have a hearing impairment and use hearing aids, a loop system is also in place. For those people who have a visual impairment, our services are usually available in a large print format.

We are a Fairtrade church committed to serving only Fairtrade tea and coffee and to praying for justice in our world.
