Tai Chi

A Tai Chi class meets in the church hall from 9.30am to 11.00am on Tuesdays, taught by Dr Xianglin Li.  Tai Chi is a kind of Chinese martial arts in which the body remains relaxed with the practitioner's consciousness, breathing and actions all closely connected.  It is suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical fitness.  For more information see the Tai Chi Benefits School website or contact Sylvia Hughes on 0161 292 0128.
